Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 & Information Technology Act, 2000

1Information We Collect & Store

FlightLink CX-3 collects personal data strictly necessary to facilitate verified peer-to-peer equipment lending:

  • Contact Information: Legal Full Name, Email Address, Contact Mobile Number.
  • Delivery & Logistics: Physical Delivery Address, City, State, and Postal PIN Code.
  • Lessee Identity Escrow: 12-digit Aadhaar number and optional uploaded identity document scan, collected from the renter/lessee and stored securely by the Platform to protect the lender's bailment interests.
  • Financial & Transaction Data: UPI Reference Numbers (UTR) for 10% platform unlock fees, and Lender Payout UPI IDs. We do not process or store credit/debit card numbers.

2The Double-Blind Privacy Wall

Zero-Knowledge Standard Operation:

To protect pilot personal safety and prevent off-platform harassment during ordinary active rentals:

  • Renters NEVER see the Lender's personal phone number, email address, or banking credentials.
  • Lenders only see the Renter's delivery name and shipping address for courier label generation.
  • The Lessee's 12-digit Aadhaar number remains strictly encrypted and air-gapped from the public and the counterparty during standard rental operations.

3Non-Return Dispute & Conditional Aadhaar Disclosure

By renting equipment on FlightLink, the lessee provides explicit legal consent for the following disclosure protocol:

If the lender files a verified appeal objecting that their ASA CX-3 flight computer has not been returned back post-rental, the platform will disclose the lessee's stored Aadhaar number, contact phone, and delivery address to the lender.

Platform Owner Non-Liability: In no way does the website owner have any relation or authority to levy charges, fines, or collections on the lessee. The disclosed Aadhaar dossier is provided solely to allow the lender to initiate direct civil or police legal action under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4Data Processors & Infrastructure

We partner with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver our service:

  • National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) / UPI: Direct inter-bank settlement.
  • Authorized Courier Services: Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post Speed Post for parcel transit.
  • Cloudflare Inc.: Edge CDN, DDoS protection, and TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL encryption.

5Your Rights & Contact
