Shipping & Delivery Policy
Courier Logistics, Tracking Protocols & 7-Day Fulfillment SLAs across India
1The 7-Day Shipping SLA Rule
To maintain guaranteed reliability for high-stakes DGCA examination schedules, FlightLink enforces strict bilateral 7-day fulfillment covenants:
From the instant an escrow booking is confirmed, the Lender has strictly 7 calendar days to hand over the parcel to the courier and submit the tracking waybill number to the platform.
Following the candidate's designated exam end date, the candidate has strictly 7 calendar days to securely package the CX-3 and hand it to a return courier with tracking proof.
2Authorized Courier Partners & Tracking
To ensure zero loss in transit, all shipments must be handled by recognized national express couriers:
- Bluedart Express: Priority aviation hub transit (Air Cargo).
- Delhivery Surface / Express: National door-to-door network.
- India Post (Speed Post): Remote flying academy connectivity (e.g. IGRUA Fursatganj, NFTI Gondia).
Every parcel is issued an Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number visible in your Order Dashboard.
3Estimated Delivery Transit Times
Delivery time depends on the geographical proximity between the lender's hub and the renter's delivery address:
4Packaging Guidelines
ASA CX-3 Flight Computers feature sensitive LCD panels. Senders (both lenders during outward dispatch and renters during return dispatch) must adhere to safe packing standards:
- Keep the protective ASA hard-shell slide cover securely snapped over the screen and keypad.
- Wrap the unit in at least two layers of bubble wrap.
- Pack inside a corrugated cardboard box (do not use thin envelopes or plastic mailers).
- Take a 15-second packing video before sealing the courier label.
5Shipping Charges
A standard shipping and transit insurance fee of ₹250 is displayed transparently at checkout and added to the booking invoice. Return shipping is arranged by the candidate using the courier of their choice from our approved list.
